Just to let you know there will be a job advertised in the next couple of days for a Research Assistant in Addictions, helping out with a project into Motivational Interviewing Skills. The post has been banded in accordance with A4C and will be band 4. I'll put the full details here when I get my hands on them!!

Hi Jarna,

Unfortunately the jobs bulletin isn't out until next week as I've just found out - but don't worry, I'll keep you posted so you get the most up-to-date information!!!

I'm not leaving my job, but we're about to start a RCT into motivational interviewing and the best way to train people to use it in their workplace. Because it took a while for the funding to be secured, it was supposed to be for a year, but that year will run out at the end of March and there's no guarantee it'll be renewed at the moment - just wanted to make sure you're aware of that!

I'll let you know more info when I've got it!

Just a quickie, the Jobs Bulletin will be out on Monday so I'll have the details then, but I know the closing date will be 2 weeks from today and they are hoping to do interviews the following week. As you can tell, we want to get someone ASAP!!
